GoldApp™

The Instance-floor application — what users interact with. GoldApp = Instance. Like MS Word is the app, not its source code or your documents. Every GoldApp is generated from a Blueprint (Source) via the Install Gate. Studios are production capabilities OF the GoldApp — like document types in Word (letters, reports). They are family members with their own lifecycle but native to the app. Extensions are separate apps that connect to the family (like Endnote or Zotero for Word). The full structural picture (Blueprint + GoldApp + Studios) is the GoldApp Tetrad — the developer/owner view. A reusable capability on the GoldBird platform — composed once (in the Blueprint), installed in any castle (as the GoldApp).
