GoldDispatch™

GoldDispatch — the capability/service: GoldLoom's build-orchestration dispatch function (the DB-first orchestration ledger per ADR-007 plus the orchestrator_prioritize / orchestrator_dispatch / orchestrator_ingest verbs in gs-goldloom-w05-tools). The GoldDispatcher is the agent/role that operates it — same thing-vs-agent split as GoldKeep:GoldKeeper and GoldUpdates:GoldUpdaters. Gold-namespaced to avoid collision with customer-domain "dispatch" (e.g. a cable-TV castle's field dispatch). A branded GoldLoom CAPABILITY, NOT a separate goldapp family — ADR-007 already homed the verbs in goldloom-tools and forbids a parallel top-level orchestrator; the dispatch-queue state is owned by GoldSessions (AF-2). Promotion to a standalone gs-golddispatch family is deferred until proven seams appear (own wizard/lifecycle, non-GoldLoom callers, GoldLoom bloat, or R3 portfolio scope).
