GoldBird's brand mark for its self-sovereignty technology — the sovereign layer (byres, ssv://, per-participant ownership and walk-away guarantee) as offered under the GoldBird stamp. Coined per castle-owner naming direction 2026-07-12 ("GoldSovereignty is stronger than sovereign space: sovereign space is unlikely to hold up as a trademark — generic concept"): "SovereignSpace" is descriptive/generic and weak-to-unregistrable as a mark; GoldSovereign carries the distinctive Gold stamp and is the stronger, defensible form. First-use taken 2026-07-12 under X50 SP (ADR-012/WS-3 Phase-1 authorization; common-law priority carries with assignment to the eventual C-corp). NOTE: technical/patent claim scope for the underlying sovereignty technology is owned by the GoldSovereign patent evaluation (byre-mgmt.f14.w03.n18.d07) and may refine what this mark attaches to; the mark itself is cheap to hold and costless to abandon if d07 renames.
